This week, from 24th to 30th of October the young Augustinians from the Irish and English Provinces will meet in Rome.
In fact, to call us young is a bit of a misnomer - perhaps we might be considered "youngish". Whatever your opinion of our being chronologically challenged; the three youngest Augustinians from Ireland and one Augustinian from England who is part of our peer group meet twice a year.
This is a meeting where we check in with each other in a supportive and challenging way. This has become an important support mechanism for our group who continue to commit within the context of ageing Provinces.
The photo shows two members of the group enjoying the sunshine during our last meeting which was held in Dublin.
